Quality policy

We are committed to conducting significant adult education activities alongside the University’s higher education endeavors. In alignment with the University's quality policies, we aim to:

• Equip participants to apply their knowledge effectively in their professions and as active, responsible members of society.
• Continuously improve to provide the best services for internal and external partners and participants.
• Collaborate constructively with faculties and organizational units to meet educational needs.

To achieve our goals, we regularly define our training strategic objectives aligned with the University's strategy, determine the operational steps leading to these goals, and analyse and evaluate the results achieved.

We identify and strive to implement our quality objectives as fully as possible, contributing to the realization of the University's quality objectives. We expect our employees and the partners involved in our activities to consistently ensure the level of quality and to initiate, discuss, and implement measures that result in quality improvement.

We responsibly manage the resources of the University, ensuring that our activities comply with applicable legal and professional regulations.

Our quality policy is based on client satisfaction; therefore, we regularly assess client satisfaction and continuously improve and enhance our activities based on their feedback. We increase efficiency by employing well-trained, dedicated staff and providing appropriate material and personnel conditions.
