Assessment of Previously Acquired Knowledge |
Prior to enrolment in the training, the participant's prior knowledge level is assessed for group assignment and to determine possible exemptions or benefits. |

Group and individual consultations to support successful employment, based on labour market conditions and individual characteristics. |

Training Needs Assessment |
Identifying which of our trainings align with the individual's prior education, previously acquired professional experience, personal interests, and career goals. |
